[bsdcan-announce] Write summaries of BSDCan08

I have a couple of summaries, and am looking for more to
publish, both via the Web and in the next print edition
of ;login:

You can check the sign script, so two people don't write summaries
about the same session:

Lots of sessions available, and all I need are a few paragraphs of
text (no special formatting required).
