One task, on Thursday, about lunch time: registration pack assembly.  This usually takes about two hours and about having about 5 people makes it run smoothly.
This starts at about 12:30 on Thursday 11 June.  Location to be determined.

Then, on Thursday and Friday, we can use help collecting slides from speakers, making sure they have water, etc.  To be good, we need two people at all times. Sharing shifts can
distribute this amongst 8 people.  2 on Thu morning, 2 in the afternoon, etc.  We never get enough volunteers for this.
