[bsdcan-volunteers] Lunch monitors!

One of the things we do is have people monitor and help those picking up their lunch boxes.

- nobody gets a lunch unless they show their badge
- some special lunches are for specific attendees (e.g. gluten free).
- we need one person on each day (Fri/Sat)
- time required: from about 11:30 when the food shows up, until 12:30, by which time everyone should have grabbed their food).
