[bsdcan-volunteers] volunteer tasks

We have a bunch of positions to be filled:

The most urgent are: Presentation Coordinators

I need someone to take the lead position on that and coordinate the others

One task which could be added to that position: upload slides to http://papers.bsdcan.org

Another task we need doing: The talks are being recorded by U of O.  They give us a CD.  Ideally, these are converted to MP3 and uploaded and links added to http://papers.bsdcan.org/
Similarly, I need a lead position on this too, to coordinate the others helping.

This job also needs to be added to the wiki.
