Every year, we record the audio.  Specifically, the University of Ottawa records the audio and gives us one CD per talk.

Some years, we record the video.  This year, we will trial the University of Ottawa's system for video of talks, as described above3.

This really is a beta-test for U of O. They have never done this before for anyone.  They are encouraging us to do our usual video a backup.

I am working to get our the same video gear as 2017 and more information will come closer to the event.
