Those all need to be done for sure.

Other things that are good to do:

* put up signs for directions to the venue (just print BSDCan and then 
write an arrow with a sharpie): people are new to campus and don't know 
where to go
* collect slides from each speaker and upload them to papers.bsdcan.org
* collect CDs with audio and convert them to MP3; upload them

These are all great things to help with.  You'll be meeting people 
you've only read about before.
